Pellet production plant is a process composed by different step that permit to produce the right raw material for the pellet mill machinery. Here below, you can find the step of a pellet production plant:

- Chip: wood pieces or trunk reduction to chip size;
- Grinding: wood pieces or chip reduction to thin chip 60/80mm maximum
- Drying: wet raw material will be dried to 8/12% of humidity;
- Storage: dried raw material will be stock in silos;
- Refining: from thin chip to saw dust;
- Storage: saw dust stocked to load pellet mill machinery;
- Loading: saw dust loading system to pellet mill machinery;
- Pellettizing: pellet production with NOVA PELLET mill machinery;
- Pellet transport: a conveyor belt chain will transport pellet to packaging area;
- Cleaning and cooling: pellet cleaning and cooling;
- Packaging: pellet will be packed in 15kg bags or in big bags, manually or with automatic machine;
- Palletizing: automatic pallet creation;
- Wrapping: pallets will be wrapped by manual or automatic machine;
- Suction system: a pipeline with fans permit to suck up all the exceed sawdust into storage.
